95% of the time this is because the e-mail went to your SPAM/Junk E-mail folder. The other common reason is a typo in your e-mail. The way to tell if you have a typo is to try and register again with the same e-mail address. If the system lets you register again then you had a typo and should be good to go.
If you can't register again you need to check with your Internet Service Provider to make sure the e-mails are not being blocked. If you are 100% sure that you have done all of this you can contact us.
Please note that all we can do is confirm that the e-mail left our server and was accepted by your server. At that point it is out of our hands.
